IP-PBX Snom ONE permette di effettuare chiamate attraverso la rete telefonica pubblica (PSTN) sia utilizzando gateway PSTN standard sia trunk SIP, collegandosi ad un provider di servizi di telefonia internet. snom ONE è compatibile con numerosi tipi di prodotti che supportano il protocollo SIP (il fax è supportato tramite gateway FXS).
